Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), or an equivalent degree.
Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine. This includes the capacity to maintain a valid DEA licensure permitting the prescription of relevant controlled substances in support of psychiatric practice.
Current board certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
