Job summary

Pen Bay Hospital in Maine seeks a Psychiatric Technician III - Certified Nursing Assistant to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and deliver basic nursing support while implementing individualized treatment plans. Summary:

The Psychiatric Technician III - Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for maintaining a safe and therapeutic setting and implementing individualized treatment plans and provides basic nursing delegated support to patients.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current RQI/BLS/CPR certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start. Completion of CPI/MOAB training within 60 days of start.
3. Experience: Three (3)+ years of experience in a Clinical Support Role in a Behavioral Health setting. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of the Psychiatric Technician II role.

The pay range for this position is $21.09to $27.12 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
