Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited high school or its equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age at completion of orientation.
• CPR certification and Age Specific Competencies required.

Responsibilities

• Attends to clients' personal needs on Units (clothing, hygiene, etc.).
• Assists in activities of daily living and personal care.
• Engages clients in treatment, social, leisure, and recreational activities.
• Demonstrates competency in vital signs and nursing tasks under supervision.
• Maintains accurate documentation and unit safety.
