Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in English; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, and family therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Provides initial psychosocial history as part of diagnostic assessment.
• Formulates clinical summaries and comprehensive treatment plans for caseload.
• Delivers case management, patient education, and family support services.
• Documents services in the medical record in a timely fashion.
• Participates in treatment team discussions to coordinate care.
• May have unsupervised contact with patients.
• Performs other duties as required.
