Integrated Services of Kalamazoo (ISK) is seeking a Psychiatric Services Clinician for a full-time, day-shift, on-site role at 615 E. Crosstown Pkwy in Kalamazoo.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients in our psychiatric services program. You will conduct face-to-face interventions, develop individualized plans, coordinate care, and connect clients with mental health and substance use resources.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to work as a full-time Psychiatric Services Clinician!

What You Will Be Doing

Working as a Psychiatric Services Clinician you will be responsible for working in collaboration with a multidisciplinary clinic to assist in engaging and supporting individuals who receive services in our psychiatric medication clinic. This will include providing face-to-face interventions, individualized planning, coordination of care and evaluations for clients who are in our Psychiatric Services clinic without any other assigned services. You will work as part of a team of clinicians to evaluate for appropriate level of care, provide services and connect individuals with resources including both mental health and substance use disorder treatment. The Psychiatric Services Clinicianwill work closely with the providers in our psychiatric clinic to provide care coordination and ensure health care integration. Due to the nature of the position and our commitment to providing high-quality, continuous care to our clients, a regular on-site presence is essential for this role. This role offers a consistent work schedule that does not include on-call coverage, evenings, or after-hours obligations.

What We Require

You must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field. Experience in a clinical setting is preferred. Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW/LLMSW), Limited License Psychologist (LLP), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LLPC) required. Those anticipating Limited Licensure within the next 3 months are encouraged to apply. ISK provides supervision for all limited license clinicians.

You’ll have extensive knowledge of the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria, co-occurring disorders, substance use disorders, evidence-based and promising practice interventions, and familiarity with psychotropic medications and the ability to work in a fast- paced environment. You must also have a valid Michigan Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
