Job summary

Qualifications

• CPI de-escalation certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Lead with evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and compassionate communication to ensure safe environments and positive patient experiences.
• Administer medications, document care, participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning, 1-to-1 patient communication, and advocate for patient needs.
