Qualifications
- ADN required with active Illinois RN license.
- DHS Nurse-Trainer Training Program completion.
- Prefer 1 year nursing experience with disabilities/mental illness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct health and medical reviews and regulatory assessments.
- Oversee medication administration and MAR documentation.
- Coordinate care with clinics, physicians, and hospitals.
- Provide staff training on medication administration.
- Support person-centered planning and self-care activities.
- Engage in agency-wide nursing and medical meetings.
