The nurse will practice autonomously within professional nursing tenets, utilizing evidence-based care and the nursing process to ensure safe patient passage and positive outcomes across a rotating nights schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide autonomous, evidence-based nursing care directed by professional tenets and a patient-centered care plan.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care using the nursing process.
• Recognize changes in patient status and modify the plan or escalate to the care team as needed.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to nursing practice and professional development.
• Deliver care in accordance with ethical standards and patient autonomy, including informed consent.
