Endeavor Health in Plainfield, IL is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a psychiatric setting. The role involves assessing patients, developing care plans, documenting care, and evaluating outcomes, with emphasis on a safe therapeutic milieu and cross-department collaboration.

Hours are days, 24 hours per week. The ideal candidate has a nursing degree and may have psychiatric experience; CPR and CPI training within 90 days are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Maintain information as highly confidential.
• Nursing degree required.
• One-year psychiatric experience preferred.
• CPR certification and CPI training within 90 days preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients’ condition, develop care plans, document care, and evaluate outcomes.
• Welcome patients and ensure a safe, therapeutic milieu; supervise direct care staff.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and handoffs with the department.
• Participate in interdisciplinary planning and ensure medical problems are included in the plan.
• Attend trainings and support department goals within budget and staffing limits.
