Qualifications

• Graduate of a registered nursing program.
• Current MN RN License.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or Red Cross.

• Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care.
• Support professional nursing practice across settings and the continuum of care to meet patient and family needs.
• Lead and participate in Mayo Nursing Care Model activities and quality improvement efforts.
