Job summary

Lake Region Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care to Psychiatry patients at our Fergus Falls location. The role includes supervising LPNs, nursing assistants, clerks, and students as assigned, and ensuring high-quality patient care with effective collaboration with families and physicians.

You will work with a team of dedicated professionals in a supportive department focused on teamwork and positive energy, with opportunities to travel to other clinic sites as

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to perform within the registered nurse scope of practice.
• Current Healthcare Provider-level CPR certification upon hire or within six months.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to Psychiatry patients.
• Supervise LPNs, nursing assistants, clerks and students as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, staff and physicians to coordinate care.
• Travel to other clinic sites as needed.
