Job summary

Millwood Hospital, a UHS facility in Arlington, TX, seeks a Staff Nurse (RN) to coordinate and evaluate patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• A minimum of three (2) years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
• Currently licensed to practice by the Texas State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification and CPI training within 90 days of employment. Seclusion and Restraint training within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prescribes, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and standards of care and practices.
