Job summary

Walden Behavioral Care is seeking Registered Nurses for all shifts at our Massachusetts campuses. You will provide high-quality psychiatric nursing care, collaborate with the treatment team, and advocate for residents' rights and safety within our program.

Responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, documenting care in the EHR, administering medications, and helping develop individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 2 years' prior relevant psychiatric experience.
• Massachusetts RN license.
• CPR Certification required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and ensure resident health and safety.
• Document resident information and assessments in a timely manner.
• Assess vital signs and communicate with Medical Staff.
• Develop master treatment plans with the treatment team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Act as charge nurse when assigned.
