Qualifikationen

• RN (Registered Nurse) with an Associate Degree is required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Other-Fingerprint Required.

Aufgaben

• Assesses patient condition during admission and during each shift, identifying and reporting changes.
• Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Performs exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests and anticipating needs.
• Manages the quality of care by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver a holistic treatment plan.
• Interfaces with community support systems to coordinate ongoing care for specialized patient groups.
