Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN (Registered Nurse) credentialed.
• Associate Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient reactions, and document care in the medical record.
• Provide prompt responses to patient requests, proactively addressing needs and ensuring comfort.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatments, meds, side effects, and follow-up steps with clear explanations.
