Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of start date
• Fingerprinting background check required
• RN credential issued by state
• Associate degree in nursing

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and with each shift
• Perform procedures, monitoring and care as ordered; document care timely
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver holistic care
• Coordinate continuation of care with community resources for specialized patient groups
