Job summary

SnapCare is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care in a secure correctional and behavioral health environment. This role combines medical, psychiatric, and emergency nursing while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, a strong critical thinker, and an excellent communicator. A Colorado RN license and willingness to work a rotating day/night schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Colorado or Compact/eNLC.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to obtain Colorado fingerprint clearance (IdentoGO or other approved vendor).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely; monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
• Respond to medical and psychiatric emergencies.
• Document patient care accurately.
