WellPower in Denver is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse I (LPN) or II (RN) for a full-time night shift (7pm–7:30am) to support the Walk-In Crisis Center and Behavioral Health Solutions Center. You will provide direct nursing services, mental health assessments, and collaborative care within a multidisciplinary team.

The role includes administering medications, drawing blood, occasional injections, and maintaining precise clinical records. Experience in behavioral health is preferred.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; LPN in good standing (Colorado) for Psychiatric Nurse I.
• Licensed RN in good standing (Colorado) for Psychiatric Nurse II.

Responsabilidades

• Provide psychological problem identification and crisis interventions for assigned patients.
• Deliver limited case management and assist with psychosocial development and rehabilitation.
• Coordinate medical care with clinical staff and psychiatrists; administer medications including IM injections.
• Draw blood for lab work; participate in occasional community injections.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records per WellPower standards; attend meetings and supervision.
• Maintain trauma-informed environment and adapt to changing patient needs.
