Job summary

Nexushm is seeking a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Coordinator (PRSC) in Chicago to coordinate mental health and psychosocial support, helping residents improve emotional well-being, independence, and quality of life. You will work with residents, families, clinical staff and community providers to support recovery-focused care.

• Higher Education degree in human service profession (i.e. social work, psychology, sociology, counseling psychology).
• Demonstrated sensitivity, ability and skills in working with and understanding the needs of the residents, family members, staff members and personnel from community agencies.
• The ability to present concise, meaningful written reports and articulate the social/psychological needs of the residents.
