• Facilitate or oversee therapeutic groups and mental health programming.

• Serve as liaison with managed care organizations, community mental health services, and state agencies.
• Participate in discharge planning and community reintegration efforts when applicable.

This role bridges clinical care with social and emotional support to help residents achieve optimal functioning and quality of life.
