The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker role at Goodwill SWPA's Union Station Clubhouse supports members in daily work units and coordinates transitional employment placements. You will provide case management and transportation to members, ensuring engagement and progress in recovery-oriented activities.

Regular, full-time hours Monday–Friday; local travel required. Applicants should meet education options outlined by Goodwill SWPA and possess necessary clearances and transportation capabilities.

Competenze

• Peer Specialist Certification with mental health experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalence; alternative: Associate's Degree + 1 year mental health experience.
• Bachelor's or higher degree also qualifies; multiple educational paths accepted.

Mansioni

• Learn duties within Clubhouse work units and supervise member engagement in daily tasks.
• Provide job development, coaching, and long-term employment support for members.
