Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive care across a range of settings. The role emphasizes prevention, education, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health and substance use disorders.

You will work in travel assignments at healthcare facilities, with responsibility for coordination of patient care with a focus on quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in-state.
• One year of psych experience preferred.
• PMH-BC certification preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR certification if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

ThePsychiatric/Mental Health Registered Nurse, requires a wide range of nursing,psychosocial, and neurobiological expertise. PMH nurses promote well-beingthrough prevention and education, in addition to the assessment, diagnosis, andtreatment of mental health and substance use disorders. The Psychiatric/Mental Health RegisteredNurse, demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective andefficient manner and demonstrates critical thinking and performance ability inthe coordination of patient care. ThePsychiatric/Mental Health Registered Nurse, works in a variety of settings andprovides comprehensive care to individuals, families, and communities whenapplicable.

• Current Registered Nurse Licensure in-state practicing
• One year of psych experience preferred
• PMH-BC certification preferred
