Georgetown Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for full-time day and night shifts in a psychiatric inpatient setting. The RN will deliver nursing care, monitor medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Applicants should hold an ADN or BSN and Texas RN licensure with 2+ years of behavioral health experience; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Excellent patient safety and documentation practices are required.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in Texas required.
• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to psychiatric patients and manage medication schedules.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care.
• Maintain a safe unit environment and proper documentation.
• Assist patients with social activities and therapy participation.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and document progress.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with laws and guidelines.
