You will focus on high-quality, patient-centered care including medication management, psychotherapy, and integrative therapies like Deep TMS and Spravato while collaborating seamlessly with our Chief Medical Officer/Psychiatrist as required by Colorado law.#### Core Responsibilities* + **Clinical Care & Treatment:** Develop, implement, and optimize individualized treatment plans utilizing medication management, psychotherapy, and evidence-based integrative therapies like nutrition, mindfulness, and yoga. + **Interventional Treatments:** Gain proficiency in patient selection and supervise the safe administration of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato treatments. You will work on site at least 50% of the time to support these interventional procedures. + **Patient Experience:** Foster strong, authentic therapeutic relationships with patients and their families, educating them on mental health conditions and healthy lifestyle choices. + **Collaboration:** Work within a multidisciplinary team, participate in weekly case conferences, and maintain a collaborative or supervisory agreement with the attending physician per Colorado statute. + **Documentation & KPIs:** Ensure accurate completion of all clinical documentation within 24-48 hours.
