Job summary

Harmony, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team focused on evidence-based mental health care.

You will provide psychiatric assessments, manage medications, document meticulously, collaborate with therapists, and offer interventional treatments such as TMS and Spravato, in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified in the practicing state.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience.
• PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych certification preferred.
• Outpatient experience and lifespan care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work as a team with mental health clinicians who provide psychotherapy services.
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato
