Job summary

Harmony, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience to join our team. Provide psychiatric assessment, medication management, and interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato.

You will collaborate with in-house therapists, document accurately, and participate in a flexible, supportive environment with competitive benefits and loan repayment options.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board certified in the state of practice.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience.
• PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work as a team with mental health clinicians providing psychotherapy services.
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato.
