Job summary

Northeast Health Services, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient behavioral health team in Massachusetts. You will provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing pharmacologic management, while collaborating with therapists and other clinicians to deliver comprehensive care.

We offer interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato, with a flexible schedule and strong support for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed and Board Certified in the state where the clinic is located.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience (required).
• Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) preferred.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Experience with clients across the lifespan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with mental health clinicians providing psychotherapy services.
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato.
