Job summary

Black Women’s Mental Health Institute in Maryland seeks an experienced RN Director of Nursing for Psychiatric Services to lead both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health programs and ensure high-quality, safe, evidence-based psychiatric care across all settings.

You will oversee nursing operations, mentor nurse leaders, drive regulatory compliance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient-centered care while advancing innovative treatment models and education
