First Steps Intensive Crisis Stabilization Center (ICSC), operatedby SamaritanDaytopVillage in Rockland County, is a 24/7 program dually licensed by OMH and OASAS to provide rapid, short-term supportfor children ages 5+ and adultsin mental health or substance use crisis. Our multidisciplinary teamutilizesa trauma-informed, harm-reduction framework to stabilize individuals and connect them with long-term care while avoiding unnecessary emergency room visits.
We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide advanced psychiatric care, including evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management for individuals in crisis. Working within a 24/7 multidisciplinary team, you will manage integrated care for co-occurring disorders and provide essential interventions in an acute behavioral health setting. This role involves close collaboration with medical and clinical providers to deliver trauma-informed, recovery-oriented treatment. Additional Information
This is a full-time exempt role with an annual salary of $150,000-$169,744 with a full benefits package. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 25 daysof paid time off, access to a retirement account with an employer to match, and tuition reimbursement.
