Serenity Healthcare in Richardson, TX is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time role. Outpatient-only practice with no call, flexible schedule: three 13-hour shifts per week, strong clinical and admin support, and physician-led team focused on patient outcomes.

The position offers a base salary of $150,000 with incentives and potential total compensation of $300,000+. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, 22 PTO days and 11 paid holidays, plus ongoing

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP.
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
