Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time, outpatient role in Alexandria, VA. The provider will join a physician-owned and led group focused on patient outcomes, with no on-call requirements and a favorable staff-to-physician ratio.

Expect a base salary of $150,000 plus incentives, targeting total compensation well over $300,000. Enjoy a flexible schedule with three 13-hour shifts per week, comprehensive benefits, and generous PTO plus holidays.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP.
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
