Job summary

Serenity Healthcare in Colorado is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time, outpatient-only practice. The role features a base salary of $150,000 with incentives and no on-call duties, supported by an 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio.

Flexible schedule with three 13-hour shifts per week, comprehensive benefits, 22 PTO days, 11 holidays, and ongoing training in Brainsway Deep TMS and IV ketamine therapy.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP.
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient-only psychiatric care in a clinical setting.
• Collaborate with staff to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in continuous training and adoption of new therapies.
