Job summary

Serenity Healthcare seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time outpatient role in Mesa, AZ. No on-call duties and a flexible schedule with 3 shifts of 13 hours weekly support high-quality patient care.

The position offers a base salary of $150,000 plus incentives, with a realistic total compensation of $300,000+ and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family.

Qualifications

• PMHNP board certification or eligibility required.
• Active state medical license or willing to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background check.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient PMHNP care in a no-call setting.
• Deliver treatment plans and psychotherapy as appropriate.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
