Job summary

Serenity Healthcare in Holladay, UT is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time, outpatient role. You will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and manage psychotropic medications with a team that supports Deep TMS and ketamine therapy on site.

The ideal candidate is PMHNP certified or eligible, licensed/able to obtain licensure in the state, and committed to patient-centered care within a collaborative, physician-led

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP.
• Active state license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives.
• No prior TMS or ketamine experience required — training and support provided.
