Job summary

LifeStance Health in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time, outpatient role. You will provide psychiatric care to adults and youth with flexible medication management, psychotherapy, or a mix, and set your own pace within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

The position offers clinical autonomy, a hybrid work model with some in-office days, and a strong benefits package. CA licensure and a DEA license are required.

Qualifications

• PMHNP-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner.
• Licensed to practice in California (CA license).
• DEA license required.
• Minimum 1 year of independent psych NP experience.

We are seeking a full-time (30+ hours/week) Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient group in Los Angeles, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area for convenient commuting.

This is an opportunity to practice psychiatry your way-with flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support in a modern, patient-centered environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
• Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
• Set your own pace: determine your preferred caseload and patient volume
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team
