LifeStance Health in Agoura Hills, CA, is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time outpatient role. You will provide psychiatric care to adults and youth, with flexibility to focus on medication management, psychotherapy, or both, and set your own caseload in a supportive team.

The position offers a hybrid model with some in-office days, a competitive compensation range, and a comprehensive benefits package designed for providers who value autonomy and work-life balance.

Formación

• PMHNP certification required for practice.
• At least 1 year of independent psych NP experience.
• Licensed in California with an active DEA license.

We are seeking a full-time (30+ hours/week) Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient group in Agoura Hills, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area for convenient commuting.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
• Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation range of $200,000 to $250,000, compensation model based on productivity.
