Job summary

LifeStance Health seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for our Burlingame, California outpatient group. This full-time role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a hybrid model with in-office days.

You will provide care to adults and/or children/adolescents with strong clinical support in a patient-centered environment. Ideal candidates hold PMHNP certification, California licensure, and a DEA license, with at least 1 year of independent practice.

Qualifications

• PMHNP certified and California license to practice.
• At least 1 year of independent psych NP experience.
• DEA license required to practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adults and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Offer medication management and/or psychotherapy.
• Set caseload and patient volume with flexible scheduling.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

We are seeking a full-time (30+ hours/week) Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient group in Burlingame, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area for convenient commuting.

This is an opportunity to practice psychiatry your way—with flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support in a modern, patient-centered environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
• Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
• Set your own pace: determine your preferred caseload and patient volume
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation range of $200,000 to $250,000, compensation model based on productivity.
