Job summary

Vital HealthCare Solutions in Pennsylvania is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our patient-centered psychiatry team. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call duties, and a strong emphasis on compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health care.

You will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active and valid CRNP license in Pennsylvania (required).
• Passion for patient-centered care in long-term or geriatric settings.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A commitment to delivering care with compassion, ethics, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral health disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary team
• Make treatment recommendations for psychotherapeutic interventions and medications
• Collaborate with facility staff on behavioral strategies and care planning
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals
