Job summary

Vital HealthCare Solutions in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our patient-centered psychiatry team. You will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary team.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with the flexibility to manage your own time and no on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CRNP license (required).
• Experience in long-term or geriatric settings preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, ethical care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral health disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with an interdisciplinary team.
• Make treatment recommendations for psychotherapeutic interventions and medications.
• Collaborate with facility staff on behavioral strategies and care planning.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
