We are seeking a full-time (30+ hours/week) Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient group in Santa Monica, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area for convenient commuting. This is an opportunity to practice psychiatry your way—with flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support in a modern, patient-centered environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
• Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
• Set your own pace: determine your preferred caseload and patient volume
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation range of $200,000 to $250,000, compensation model based on productivity.

Ideal Candidate

• PMHNP certified
• At least 1 year of independent psych Nurse Practitioner experience
• Licensed in California
• DEA license
