LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for our Burlingame, CA outpatient group. Work with a flexible schedule in a hybrid model, providing medication management and psychotherapy within a supportive team.

The role requires California licensure, a PMHNP certification, and at least 1 year of independent psych NP experience. Competitive compensation with incentives, benefits, and malpractice insurance are included.

• Licensed to practice as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in California.
• DEA license required or active.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adults and/or child/adolescent populations.

• Set caseload and patient volume based on personal pace.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.

We are seeking a full-time (30+ hours/week) Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient group in Burlingame, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area for convenient commuting.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
• Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
• Set your own pace: determine your preferred caseload and patient volume
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team

• Compensation range of $200,000 to $250,000, compensation model based on productivity.
