Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is seeking a full‑time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic Psychiatric Access Team (PAC), providing both telehealth and in‑person care to a diverse community of individuals seeking medication evaluations and ongoing support for psychiatric conditions. In this collaborative, mission‑driven environment, you will deliver comprehensive psychiatric assessments, medication management, and evidence‑based treatment while working alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to equity, resilience, and whole‑person care. This role offers the opportunity to expand your impact through teaching, mentorship, and preceptorship of students and early‑career professionals, as well as supplemental opportunities such as supporting Crisis Stabilization Unit patients. We are looking for experienced, Colorado‑licensed psychiatric prescribers who are passionate about serving adults with mental illness, thrive in team‑based settings, and are dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth.
Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (full‑time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Fewer than 40 hours per week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE. Salary is also based on years of licensure and company equity.
Employees who successfully pass a language assessment are eligible to receive bilingual differential pay. This differential is provided as a fixed amount of $3,000 per calendar year, paid on a bi‑weekly basis across 26 pay periods, and prorated based on hire date and full‑time equivalency (FTE). Eligibility and payment are subject to the language requirements of the position and the employee’s demonstrated proficiency in the language.
We are hiring full‑time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and have flexible schedules including 4‑, and 5‑day workweeks. We have a hybrid work schedule where you can enjoy working remotely 1 day a week.

As part of this commitment, all employees are required to receive an annual influenza (flu) shot and present a negative TB test result before their first day of work. Proof of both the flu shot and negative TB test must be provided on your first day of employment. Medical and religious exemptions can be requested if necessary.
