Competenze

• Demonstrates ability to provide quality patient care in a supportive and empathetic manner to ensure a safe environment.
• Completes psychiatric evaluations and H&Ps within required timeframes and documents appropriately.
• Maintains documentation and EMR notes for patient consultations.
• Follows policies and procedures and collaborates with treatment teams.

Mansioni

• Provide psychiatric and/or medical services to assigned patients.
• Complete psychiatric evaluations within 24 hours of admission and H&Ps within 24 hours; continue consults as needed.
• Document all patient consultations in progress/EMR notes.
• Collaborate with treatment team to determine plan of care.
• Oversee medication regimens and prescribe appropriately considering history and comorbidities.
• Review non-psychiatric/psychiatric orders and consult with attending physician as needed.
• Communicate risks and benefits of medications; document education in notes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
