Hendricks Behavioral Hospital in Plainfield, IN is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our psychiatric care team. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to assess patients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with psychiatrists.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Psychiatric Nursing from an accredited school.
• Current RN and Psychiatric NP licensure in Indiana.
• Minimum of three years of psychiatric clinical experience.
• CPR certification and liability insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct follow‑up visits after initial assessments
• Participate in weekly staffing and family sessions
• Prescribe pharmacologic interventions as necessary
• Review laboratory and diagnostic test results
• Consult with attending psychiatrists and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to perform clinical assessments
• Communicate with patients, families, and others to obtain required information
