Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team in-office across DE and NY cities. You will conduct in-person psychiatric evaluations and medication management, working with a team of vetted therapists to support patients.

Applicants must hold PMHNP-BC, have 3 years post-PMHNP training, and possess a US-accredited PMHNP program; NPI is required or to be obtained. We emphasize evidence-based, measurement-based care and flexible hours.

What You'll Do:

• Perform in-person psychiatric evaluations in your office space (please reference the next section for a list of the cities we are hiring in) for our patients, following Spring Health’s initial screening
• Provide in-person medication management services, as needed
• Evaluate for general medical health and make referrals for medical follow-up, as needed
• Work closely with our team of vetted therapists for patients who require mental health counseling

Who You Are:

• You are independently licensed with full prescribing authority as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in DE or NY AND can offer in-person services in an office space located in one of the following cities:
  • Dover DE
  • Middletown DE
  • Schenectady NY
  • Lockport NY
  • North Tonawanda NY
• You have an active PMHNP-BC certification
• You have 3 years of post PMHNP training experience
• You've completed a US-based NP program and Master’s or Doctoral psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) program accredited by by either the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, CCNE or the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing, ACEN
• You have a NPI 1(National Provider Identifier - individual provider)number; if you do not already have one, please apply for one through the NPPES site .
• You're committed to evidence-based practices and measurement-based care

The target range for this position is $110-$150 per 45 minute intake session. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including licensure, experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
