Role Description The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation and ongoing medication management for adult patients, including young adults, in a compassionate, patient-centered setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments, developing and adjusting treatment plans, prescribing and monitoring psychotropic medications, and providing psychoeducation on diagnoses, treatment options, and lifestyle factors that support mental wellness. The practitioner will collaborate closely with other providers to ensure holistic care, maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record, and participate in coordination of care with primary care and other behavioral health professionals as needed. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Mount Laurel, NJ, with a mix of in-person appointments and work-from-home telehealth visits to support flexible, accessible care for patients.
