Job summary

Aevum Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) for part-time, in-person roles serving residents in skilled nursing facilities in Virginia. You’ll conduct evaluations, provide medication management, and develop treatment plans with an interdisciplinary team.

Designed for flexibility, you can set your own schedule, while our administrative staff handle scheduling, billing, and credentialing. A PMHNP-BC certification and a current PMHNP license are required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted PMHNP license.
• PMHNP-BC certification required.
• Experience performing psychiatric evaluations and med mgmt.
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and treatments.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems.
