RHD PIER (Pledge for Independent Empowerment & Recovery) provides a full range of mental and emotional health services in a residential setting with ten beds. Participants enjoy individualized engagement to help them develop and achieve goals to allow them to increase their independence. RHD PIER is a contracted program through Bucks County Mental Health/Developmental Programs (MH/DP) and overseen by Pennsylvania policies for Long Term Structured Residents (LTSR). The PIER program is currently the only LTSR facility exclusively serving Bucks County, PA, residents.
The primary role of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is to provide comprehensive oversight, coordination, and hands‑on care in addressing all health‑related matters affecting program participants.
