Job summary

Amaze Health is seeking a registered nurse to deliver mental health care via telemedicine and in-person settings from our Denver metro area office. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide brief interventions and crisis stabilization while coordinating comprehensive care for children, adults, and families.

Candidates must hold an active compact RN license (CA license a plus) and be willing to work at our DTC office.

Qualifications

• Must have an active compact RN license.
• CA license is a plus.
• Telemedicine experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Partner with patients to achieve recovery goals in mental health.
• Provide health promotion and maintenance in a telemedicine setting.
• Conduct intake screening, evaluation, and triage for mental health concerns.
• Provide case management for patients across the care continuum.
• Educate patients, families, and communities about care plans.
• Administer and monitor psychobiological treatment regimens.
• Engage in crisis intervention and stabilization as needed.
• Coordinate care within interdisciplinary teams.
• Support patients in navigating the healthcare system.
• Work at our Denver office and support telemedicine sessions.

Amaze Health is searching for an RN who can provide nursing care to mental health patients in a telemedicine environment and navigate the complex healthcare system to ensure the best care for the patient. We are in all 50 states and provide bridge services to decrease the gap in mental health support for patients across the country. Amaze is searching for someone who fits our model, who not only enjoys providing patient care and reducing stigma but also enjoys the dynamic of assisting clients in need with brief interventions with our mental health urgent care model. Our unique model allows nurses to work autonomously while supported by an interdisciplinary team of providers such as social workers, therapists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, family practitioners and other psychiatric nurses. Patients include children, adults and families.

Candidates must have a compact RN license. CA license is a plus.

Candidates must live in the Denver metro area and be willing to work at our office located in the DTC at I25 and Bellview.

Pay range is $30-$45/hr
