OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC in Freehold, NJ is seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This full-time position involves providing advanced psychiatric care, including administering Spravato and TMS treatments for patients with treatment-resistant depression. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, maintain a compassionate approach, and have at least 3 years of experience in psychiatric care. Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license in NJ.
• Board Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in psychiatric care.
• REMS certification is required to administer Spravato treatments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to determine treatment appropriateness.
• Collaborate to develop individualized care plans and monitor treatment progress.
• Oversee and administer Spravato treatments according to guidelines.
• Monitor patients during treatment sessions for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families on Spravato therapy risks and benefits.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure protocol compliance.
• Work closely with healthcare providers for coordinated care.
• Provide immediate interventions during psychiatric emergencies.
• Advocate for patient needs with respect and confidentiality.
